Shipping within USA 

Due to the free shipping service we offer, shipments can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to be delivered. You can select rush shipping for additional charge.

International Shipments

Depending on the location of your country, shipments can take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks to be delivered. Especially at this covid time. We ship via USPS or Fedex. 

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Canadian Buyers:

Because of the covid , shipments are taking at least 6 weeks to be delivered within Canada. This is because Canadian posts are very strict with covid testing etc.

So please be patient.

Combine Shipping Charges:

We offer a very low-cost international shipping charge. Normally international shipping charges start at $11.75, however our charges are at least 50% lower than that.

The shipping charges you see when checking out is your combine charge.

Please understand we do not make any money over shipping charges and we do not charge more for shipping then what it cost to ship.   

Claims

If you have any issues with your order, please email us and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason if you are unhappy with the item you have received, you can  return it within 30days for a full refund.

However, product must be in original condition as received

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges related to returns

We do not offer exchanges, the best thing to do is return the item for full refund and reorder the appropriate size, this is because inventory changes rapidly, and there may not be any more stock left before your exchange is processed.
