The Sub 1-2 fader caps are missing, but the controls still function and can be adjusted with a small tool such as a screwdriver. Frequency knob 15 is loose and still works, though it can require the right angle to adjust properly. The FX B knob is bent/sideways but remains functional. There is also a small cosmetic gash next to Gain Meter 16. Item is being sold as-is.
